Need a little pick me up in troubled times? There's nothing like seeing a few good friends over coffee and something sweet to eat. Come to the "PeaceWorks Cafe" on Saturday May 16th from 3-5pm at the Friends Meeting in Chatham. The Cafe is our own little coffee house featuring organic, shade-grown java from the mountains of Nicaragua. Soledad Cabezas from Building New Hope Coffee will lead a tasting of organic, shade-grown java from the mountains of Nicaragua. She'll also tell us about about the challenges (and joys!) of getting some of the world’s best coffee to your table in an erratic, tariff-laden international trade system.
