Diamonds in the Rough is a Christ-centered, multicultural nonprofit ministry committed to guiding individuals—whether in trauma, emerging from it, or healed—toward complete healing, empowerment, and transformation. Through personal testimony, biblical teaching, community events, and real-life conversations, we create a compassionate, non-traditional space for men, women, and children to encounter God’s love, be set free, and discover their divine potential. I am a minister, author, publisher, and servant leader — but that’s only part of the story God is writing through me. I proudly serve as the President of the DFW Rho Alpha Tau Chapter, a Christian sorority/fraternity that is fully biblically based, standing on the mission: His Work, Our Hands. I also serve as a National Vice President, helping to strengthen and expand our Kingdom‑driven impact across the nation. Beyond Greek life, I am the Founder of Healing Empowerment Transformation Diamonds in the Rough Nonprofit, where we create spaces for healing, growth, and spiritual transformation. Seaton Author Publishing, empowering writers to share their testimonies, stories, and God‑given messages with excellence. And in the marketplace, I am the Founder of Winning Team Dental Consulting, helping dental practices operate with clarity, structure, and success. My heart is to serve, uplift, and empower — whether through ministry, publishing, nonprofit work, consulting, or the sisterhood and brotherhood of Rho Alpha Tau.
