🦖 Below is everything included in a T-Rex Travel Kit.

When families are told their child needs transport for higher-level care, they are often given **just hours to pack**. In the rush, essentials are forgotten — and suddenly parents find themselves hundreds of miles from home focused only on their child.

This is something our founder, Bobbi, experienced firsthand when her son, T-Rex, needed an emergency heart procedure and was flown to Seattle. With only 48 hours’ notice and strict transport limits, she packed quickly — expecting a short trip.

Instead, it became **seven very difficult weeks**.

Bobbi slept bedside at the hospital for **two weeks** before a room opened at the Ronald McDonald House. She was far from family, friends, and her natural support system — all while grappling with an **extremely unstable prognosis** for her son. Even basic necessities became one more stress during an already overwhelming time.

That experience is why **T-Rex Travel Kits** were created.
To provide practical essentials and small comforts so families can focus on what matters most — their child. 💙

We have this giant T-Rex head...

Thomas' dad 3D printed this beast and his mom (our founder Bobbi) hand painted it for the Jurassic Park Themed Martini Ball the Rotary After Hours Club threw for us in Feb. Is he perfect? No, but he is pretty cool. The question is what should we do with it?

A T-Rex Strong Kid

Elly lives with multiple genetic conditions and requires a trach, ventilator, and G-tube. During her first year of life, her family faced near-monthly hospitalizations — navigating complex care and long hospital stays.
