As we reflect on our first Arkansas State Championship, our hearts are full.

What made this weekend special wasn't the obstacles, the awards, or the ribbons.

It was the people.

We watched first-time competitors find the courage to enter the arena. We watched seasoned competitors encourage newcomers. We watched friendships form, obstacles conquered, and partnerships strengthened.

We were honored to have riders of every experience level join us—from those making their very first EXCA run to accomplished trainers and world champion competitors who have spent years honing their craft.

A special thank you to Hart Training for sharing knowledge, encouragement, and horsemanship throughout the weekend. The Friday clinic set the tone for what became an incredible event.

We would also like to recognize Cactus L Mules Training. Anyone who has spent time around quality mules understands the level of training, consistency, and communication required to achieve success. Watching Leslie navigate challenging obstacles with Marilyn and Pepper was a masterclass in patience, preparation, and partnership. We were thrilled to have her and her mules join us and are grateful she trusted Ozark Renegade Riders for her first sanctioned EXCA event.

To every volunteer, sponsor, spectator, competitor, and supporter: thank you.

This organization was built on the belief that horse sports should be welcoming, encouraging, and fun. This weekend proved that belief is alive and well.

We started Ozark Renegade Riders to build community.

This weekend, you built it with us.
