🌾 Cattail Area Network is LIVE—and this is just the beginning!

Early next week, we’ll begin welcoming local businesses to submit their information and join the network with FREE listings and upgraded options!

Already have a website? Give people another way to discover your business and connect with you.

Need a website? Your Cattail Area Network business page can serve as your website, giving customers a place to learn what you offer and how to reach you.

We’re bringing local businesses and our community together through:
✅ Business directory listings
✅ Articles that share your story
✅ Local coupons and special offers
✅ Community events, classifieds, and more!

📣 We’re also searching for a local Executive Director to lead community events and business networking. If you love connecting people and helping local businesses grow, message this page—we’d love to talk!

The Cattail Area deserves a better local online hub.

We’re building CattailArea.com to help people find local businesses, events, food, bars, services, and community information without having to dig through Facebook.

What should we focus on adding first?

🍔 Places to eat and drink
🎸 Events and live music
🛠️ Local services and businesses
🌲 Things to do and local attractions

Welcome to Cattail Area Network.

We are building a shared local hub for businesses, events, tourism, classifieds, community resources, and hidden gems across Turtle Lake, Amery, Almena, Clayton, Clear Lake, and the surrounding Cattail Area.

Our goal is simple: help local businesses, organizations, attractions, events, and communities be seen, found, and supported — while also creating a better source of local information for residents, visitors, and neighboring communities.

Small towns have great businesses, great events, great people, and great places to visit, but information is often scattered across Facebook posts, flyers, word of mouth, old websites, and pages people may never see. Cattail Area Network is being built to help bring that information together in one useful place.

The new website will be built with a similar community-network approach to the Rusk Area Chamber of Commerce site — connecting local business pages, town information, tourism, events, classifieds, and community resources into one shared regional hub. https://ruskcountychamber.org

Basic business and organization listings will be free because every local business deserves a place to be found.

Our target is to soft launch the first version of CattailArea.com by July 20th. The first version will not be perfect, and that is okay. This is meant to grow with local input from the businesses, organizations, and people who know these communities best.

We are also looking for community ambassadors from Turtle Lake, Amery, Almena, Clayton, Clear Lake, and the surrounding area. Ambassadors can help by suggesting businesses, sharing events, pointing out hidden gems, submitting local photos, and helping make sure their town is represented well.

If you know a business, organization, attraction, event, church, nonprofit, club, local stop, trail, or hidden gem that should be part of this network, tag them in the comments.

If you know someone who loves their town and would make a great community ambassador, tag them too.

Questions, ideas, or listing suggestions?
