June is our next Registered Maine Guide Training Operation ReBoot OutDoors. When you enroll, let us know in the special instructions if you plan to stay at ORO. We look forward to having you in this Maine Guide Training with Maine's Outdoor Learning Center.
The course is $495. And the Meals and lodging are either free or by donation, depending on whether you are an ORO Volunteer or not.

As turkey season starts winding down, our minds are already shifting to bear season!

This little guy looks like he’s headed straight for Nesowadnehunk Campground to raid the bait shed and grab some preseason snacks before Bullets and Broadheads puts up the electric fence.

The cycle never stops in the Maine woods — one season ends and the next adventure begins.

We are still rolling — 2 more Veterans left on the season!

Our guides have been absolutely top notch as always, putting in countless hours to make these hunts successful and meaningful. We are also incredibly thankful for the landowners who continue to trust us and allow us to utilize their properties. Without all of you, none of this would be possible.

With a full slate of upcoming events, this is the perfect opportunity to jump in, meet the team, and see firsthand how we represent our mission and support our veterans, LEOs, and service members.

🎯 June 12–14 – Standby to Fly Benefit Match
Help with resetting stages (targets, steel, painting, etc.)
📍 Hampden Rifle & Pistol Club

Help run our booth, talk about our programs, sell gear, and support the ATV giveaway
📍 Acton Fairgrounds

⛳ June 25 – Golf Scramble - help with morning registration and ticket sales throughout the day

🍔 August 1 – ORO BBQ Raffle Fundraiser
Help with setup, serving food, selling raffle tickets and gear, and cleanup

This weekend everyone here at Operation ReBoot Outdoors would like to wish JJ the best of luck in his MMA debut!

If I had any advice for him, it would be simple — stay outside his takedown range with your jab and make him pay every time he shoots.

JJ is the son of John and Jess Rogers, who have volunteered with us often over the years, and we couldn’t be more proud to support him as he steps into the cage tonight. Takes a lot of courage to test yourself under the lights in front of a crowd.

Fly Fishing Day Trip Alert!!!

ORO's Fly Fishing volunteer will be taking a veteran out for a day of fly fishing on the Andro. Tentative date is around late July or early August.

Veteran will need to be flexible as far as the actual date, due to observation of prime fishing conditions.
