We cannot stand by while institutions in our own city normalize or support a genocide. The United Nations and leading human rights groups have already documented mass war crimes being committed by Israel against the people of Gaza, overwhelmingly targeting civilian hubs like hospitals and schools.
It is a moral contradiction to run a daycare and senior center here in Tulsa while fundraising for forces accused of targeting those very same civilian groups abroad.
We sent this letter to the Tulsa Jewish Federation calling on them to:
• End programs that promote Zionist ideology.
• Stop platforming and fundraising for Israeli military forces.
• Cancel all upcoming and future trips to Israel that normalize occupation.
• Publicly separate from the Israeli government and Zionist ideology committing ongoing war crimes.
Silence is complicity. Accountability begins at home.
