If the saying “We are only as strong as our weakest link,” holds absolutely any truth, what does that mean when we watch those who are struggling and do nothing?
Our efforts won’t stop until everyone in our community is able to rest at the end of the day knowing that they don’t have to live in survival mode anymore. You really want to better our city? Let’s start here. Let’s start with strengthening those who can’t help themselves just yet.

Disclosure on the photos:
As a group not only just starting out but also as one who aims for complete dependence from any established government fund (or government at all), we use oour own judgement calls and moral ideology when contemplating the ethical aspects of different decisions. One such example are the photos. They are clearly not professionally taken by any means but it feels morally wrong to stick a camera in someone’s face while offering them any type of aid. On the other hand, we also believe that anyone who would like to support our efforts is entitled to some semblance of evidence that our donations are indeed going to where we say they are. Our team will be blurred out during these photos as well since we aren’t aiming to seek publicity but to simply spread awareness and gather support. Taking photos from afar as to not impose or raise anxiety while marking out any distinguishing features seemed like the solid middle ground that would make everyone more comfortable. If you all have any ideas or takes on this, we’d love to hear different perspectives and ideas for further handouts!
