Yesterday’s Women’s Council of REALTORS luncheon was nothing short of incredible, and our National Speaker, Bethany Brokaw, truly delivered a message that will stay with us. Her powerful teaching on grit and resilience wasn’t just inspiring, it was real, raw, and exactly what we needed. She reminded us that no matter where we’ve been or what we’ve faced, we still have the ability to rise, grow, and move forward with purpose.

There’s something so special about being in a room full of leaders who are committed to becoming better, not just in business, but in life. Yesterday was a beautiful reflection of that. Hearts were encouraged, perspectives were shifted, and I know so many of us walked away with a renewed fire and practical steps to keep going, even when it gets hard.

Grateful for every member, every guest, every strategic partner, and every moment that made yesterday what it was. This is what it looks like to be Rooted in Purpose!
