We’re doing a Sober Saturday Morning Flow and it’s really about one thing… choosing yourself.

A place for rejuvenation, rest, and actually refilling your cup after a long week. This space truly has it all, and we’re so excited to partner with them to bring you a fun new way to reset your weekends.

From yoga to core + pelvic floor (because yes… we ALL need that) to pole classes, there’s something here for every vibe 💫

But honestly, my favorite part? Megan. Also sober, and intentional about creating a space for the girl who chooses herself on a Friday night, so she can wake up and step into a soft, grounded Saturday morning.
