The Broken Arrow Police Department has arrested Samantha Parrish on two counts of Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 12 and one count of So**my.

Parrish offered babysitting services online and provided childcare services to families in the Broken Arrow area.

Anyone who has utilized Parrish for childcare services, or who may have information relevant to this investigation, is encouraged to contact Detective Robinson at [email protected]. Even information that may seem minor could be valuable to investigators.

Human Trafficking thru online access

Human trafficking doesn’t usually start with abduction.
It starts with access.

Traffickers actively target children through:
• Social media
• Online gaming
• Messaging apps
• Livestreams

When online activity is unmonitored, kids are more vulnerable to grooming, manipulation, and coercion — often long before any in-person contact occurs.

According to survivor data, many children first encounter traffickers online, through what looks like friendship or attention.

Awareness is prevention.
Supervision is protection.
Conversation saves lives.

Learn the signs. Talk to your kids. Share this with another parent.
