Embrace rest this summer.

If you book an overnight stay at the Abbey of the Heights between now and the end of July (for any dates in 2026), you can add a 2nd night for half the cost.

That means that a 2-night stay in rooms 1 or 2 is $150 (a savings of $50). For rooms 3 or 4, the cost is $195 (a savings of $65).

In this episode, we talk with the Rev. Dr. Tiffany Nagel Monroe about seeking out spiritual health when you serve in ministry, the importance of a rhythm of retreat for leaders, and how game-changing it is to rediscover your belovedness in God.

Tiffany has been an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church for 17 years and currently serves as the senior pastor at First United Methodist Church in Edmond, OK. She is adjunct faculty at St. Paul’s Seminary. She was among the founding Board of Directors for the Sabbath Life and has served behind the scenes for the past three years. She also recently completed the School of Spiritual Direction with the Sabbath Life.

Tuesday, June 16, 7:00-8:00pm at the Abbey of the Heights

The Order of the Common Life is a global ecumenical religious order inviting people to reimagine monastic formation into ordinary life.

While the Order is a dispersed community, we are cultivating a local expression in Tulsa anchored at the Abbey of the Heights.

“Postulancy” in the Order is a 10-month bi-weekly small group experience learning about rule of life in community.

JR Rozko from the Order will be joining us to share the vision of the postulancy experience and answer questions about the Order.
