In-person at the Tualatin Country Club

The Tualatin Rotary Club is a group of 50 or so members who are all dedicated to Service Above Self.
-We provide scholarships to Tualatin High Schools Seniors.
-We provide a dictionary to each and every third grade student in Tualatin schools.
-We sponsor both an in-bound and outbound exchange student each year.
-We provide a training for middle school students in the Rotary "4-way test" (see bel

ow).
-We provide road clean-up for Tualatin-Sherwood road.
-We participate in the Tualatin Crawfish Festival annually.
-We raise money and coordinate special projects world wide, such as a minivan we purchased for a child care association in Roblealto, Costa Rica.
-We participate in Rotary International's effort to eradicate polio worldwide.
-We have a lot of fun together and are known for having the best luncheon. throughout our district (we meet at noon on Wednesdays at Tualatin Country Club). Curious about affordable housing solutions in our community?

Join the Tualatin Rotary Club this Wednesday, June 17th, as we welcome Julian Luna Dominguez from Community Partners for Affordable Housing (CPAH). Julian will share insights into the affordable housing challenges facing our region, the work CPAH is doing to create stable housing opportunities, and how community partnerships can make a meaningful difference.

Our weekly meetings are open to the public and are a great opportunity to:
• Connect with local community leaders
• Learn about organizations making an impact
• Network with fellow professionals and residents
• Discover ways to get involved and give back

Whether you're interested in housing, community development, volunteerism, or simply meeting new people, we'd love to have you join us for lunch.

We’re incredibly proud to have partnered alongside the City of Tualatin, Hazelbrook Middle School, and so many amazing community organizations for the 2nd Annual Hazelbrook Cares Day of Service. Seeing more than 500 students, teachers, volunteers, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders come together to complete 23 service projects across our city is exactly what Rotary is all about.

From environmental stewardship to community beautification, these students showed that giving back starts young — and the future of our community is in good hands.

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered their time, energy, and heart to make this day possible. We love being part of a community that shows up for one another. 🌎🤝

Summer Reading… it’s a thing!! The Tualatin Rotary Club and Books on Wheels has the Tualatin Food Pantry covered. A delivery of super summer books is on the way. Every age group can choose from fiction, nonfiction, graphic novels, sci-fi, Spanish and multicultural selections. Our hope is that these books bring summer delights.

As the Rotary year comes to a close, June is celebrated as Rotary Fellowships Month — a time to honor the friendships, connections, and shared passions that unite Rotarians around the world. 🌍🤝

Rotary Fellowships bring together members who share common interests, hobbies, and professions, strengthening international understanding and lifelong bonds beyond club meetings. 💙✨

June is also the 12th and final month of the Rotary calendar year, reminding us that fellowship is at the heart of Rotary service and leadership.

Another successful roadside cleanup in the books for the Tualatin Rotary Club!

Many years ago, our club adopted a stretch of Tualatin-Sherwood Road from Boones Ferry all the way to Cipole, and twice a year our amazing Rotarian volunteers show up ready to give back to the community we love.

From coffee cups and hubcaps to some truly fascinating mystery items 😅, every cleanup reminds us just how much impact a small group of dedicated people can make together.

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to help keep Tualatin beautiful, safe, and welcoming for all. Service above self sometimes means gloves, safety vests, and a whole lot of trash bags!

Join us today at the Tualatin Rotary Club as we welcome special guest speaker Allison Hancock, Executive Director of Breast Friends!

Founded in 2000, Breast Friends is a local nonprofit organization dedicated to ensuring that no one goes through a breast cancer diagnosis alone. Through support groups, mentorship, wellness programs, education, and community connection, they help minimize the fear and isolation that can come with cancer and provide hope every step of the journey. Allison herself is a breast cancer survivor and has been leading the organization since 2018. 💗

One of the highlights of our Rotary year has been spending time with the amazing students involved in Intercambio at Tualatin High School. 💙

Intercambio is a mentorship program where high school students support and guide middle school students as they prepare for the transition into high school — encouraging them to stay focused on academics, goals, leadership, and community.

Throughout the year, a handful of our Rotarians had the opportunity to join the class, connect with students, share experiences, and learn from these incredible young leaders. Today marked our final class together for the school year, and we are walking away inspired, hopeful, and grateful for the relationships built along the way.

The future is bright with students like these leading the way. We can’t wait to continue growing these connections in the coming year! ✨
