Next up we have Tyler Skiles of Springville 4H!

My name is Tyler Skiles, I’m 19 years old and a proud member of Springville 4-H. After years of showing and raising livestock, I’m excited to exhibit my market heifer as my last-ever 4-H project.

Agriculture and showing livestock have been a huge part of my life, teaching me hard work, dedication, responsibility, and the importance of seeing a project through from beginning to end. This heifer is especially meaningful to me because she represents the final chapter of a journey that has meant so much to me.

Whether you’re looking for a heifer that can be taken home and developed into a producer or you’re looking for quality beef to fill your freezer, I hope you’ll consider supporting my final 4-H project. Thank you for being a part of my journey and helping make my last project one to remember.

Next we have Vivi Vander Poel of St. Aloysius 4H!

Hello! My name is Vivi Vander Poel, and I am 9 years old and in the 4th grade at Central Valley Christian. I am a proud member of St. Aloysius 4-H, and this is my first year showing at the Tulare County Fair. I will be showing a red/white shorthorn steer named Jackson. He has become a very special part of my 4-H experience. I have learned showing beef cattle is much more then prepping an animal for the fair. It has taught me responsibility, hard work, patience and how important it is to learn from my peers. I am grateful for this experience and looking forward to seeing all of my hard work come together at the fair. I hope to see you there!

Next up we have Ian Bert of Tulare FFA!

Meet Sprinkles! I’m Ian Bert and this is my third time showing a Commercial Bred heifer that was home raised, all with great results! I’m a freshman with Tulare FFA. I love to fish and am on the Tulare Western water polo team. Sprinkles is an Angus cross bred to a calving ease Simmental bull.

Our next exhibitor is Reid Bert of St. Aloysius 4H!

I’m Reid Bert from St. Aloysius 4-h. I’m in 7th be grade and this is my steer, Ranger! He is Simmental-Angus cross and due to weigh around 1400lbs at the fair. This is my third steer at Tulare, and I have consistently produced quality grade beef.

Next up we have Kayden McElmoyl of Tulare FFA

Hi, my name is Kayden McElmoyl! I’m a junior at Mission Oak. This year is my second year showing beef at the Tulare County Fair. This year I will have two projects one being my Market Steer and my other being my Commercial bred Heifer. My heifer, Delta Dawn is an Angus cross who is bred with a commercial Angus bull and is planned to calf mid October. Delta has taught what long term responsibility looks like and how hard work will result in a good outcome. Me and Delta would love if you could make it to the Tulare County Fair Jr Livestock Auction to see and support us! Thank you in advance and I hope to see you there!!

Our next exhibitor is Manuel Ramirez of Lindsay FFA!

Hey everyone, my name is Manuel Ramirez, I’m a senior and proud member of the Lindsay FFA Chapter. This year, I’m proud to introduce Diesel, my first beef project and one that has pushed me to grow as an exhibitor. Over the past year, I’ve put countless hours of hard work, patience, and dedication into getting Diesel ready for both the show ring and your freezer. Along the way, I’ve learned so much about raising livestock, responsibility, and the commitment it takes to see a project through. I’m truly grateful for everyone who has supported me throughout this project and for all the memories I’ve made along the way. Thank you for your support, and I hope to see you at the fair!
