Today is National Rescue Dog Day.
As such, the only acceptable excuse for missing practice today is adopting a rescue dog. Or spending time with your rescue dog. Or standing outside the pool and showing off your rescue dog right before you get in the pool.
Because even your dog wants to see you be active.

Parents! It's National No Dirty Dishes Day!
If you bring the kids to practice, we'll work on their dish scrubbing and pan drying!
No promises they'll do anything when they get home, though.
