A Cohere co:lab is an immersive and collaborative experience offered by us, designed to bring together like-minded individuals in unique settings to foster community, collaboration, and personal growth. Each co:lab is located in a setting rich in natural beauty and cultural significance.

In these co:labs, Members have the opportunity to participate in a range of activities like property evaluation and impact analysis. This process involves collectively exploring potential properties for investment and community development within the Cohere ecosystem. Members are invited to contribute their skills and expertise to assess these properties as viable community nodes and investment opportunities.

The experience is deeply integrated with the local culture and environment, offering activities like yoga, meditation, cultural immersions, and workshops centered around resilient design and regenerative practices. This approach ensures that any development is in harmony with the local ecosystem.

Moreover, Cohere co:labs provide a curated community experience where Members can live and work alongside a diverse group of changemakers, fostering meaningful connections and frictionless collaboration. The accommodations at these co:labs are thoughtfully designed, offering a balance of private and shared spaces, and are equipped with amenities that cater to both personal well-being and productivity.

Reflecting on 2023, it was a year of global reach and exploration for Cohere. With our co:labs in Costa Rica and Guatemala and the dynamic residency in Berlin, we expanded our horizons and welcomed new members into our fold. As we enter 2024, these global expansions remind us of our mission to connect innovators and changemakers worldwide. Here's to continuing our journey of growth and exploration in the new year! ✨

As 2024 begins, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the remarkable journey we've shared throughout the 2023 year. It was a year filled with significant milestones, achievements, and exciting developments that have brought us closer as a community.

🌟 We began 2023 with a peaceful and respectful transition as one of our co-founders embarked on a new chapter. It was a moment of growth and evolution for Cohere.
🚀 We launched our private social network exclusively for Members in February. The Hub became a vibrant space for collaboration, connection, and shared experiences.
🌱 The Founding Membership campaign took off, and in March, we welcomed over 250 new members who resonate with Cohere's vision and values.
🌍 In April, our co:lab found its home in Costa Rica, where we also had the pleasure of welcoming Jakob Gricar to our team, bringing his unique insights and energy.
🇩🇪 We announced our exciting three-month residency at Moos in Berlin in May, opening up new opportunities for growth and community expansion.
🏡 Throughout the summer, our residency took Berlin by storm, with incredible 95 applicants, hosting 77 member residents, and reaching an impressive 82% room capacity. During this period, we also gained 115 new members.
🌄 We unveiled our co:lab in Guatemala in September, setting the stage for another unforgettable experience of collaboration and exploration...
📊 November and December were filled with strategic planning as we engaged in a 3-day intensive session to define our 2024 OKRs. And our Guatemala co:lab achieved remarkable outcomes, from assessing property opportunities to delivering key results across various domains.
🌿 Now we are hosting our co:lab in Ecuador, where we keep expanding our reach and impact even further.

We can't wait to see what 2024 holds for all of us as we continue to grow, create new possibilities, and nurture our global family.
