Arizona Lions International Youth Exchange Started in 1978. This 4 week camp hosts 10 students age 16 to 20 annually and has hosted over 380 youths from every continent in the world. Become a host!!

Had a wonderful presentation with the Rincon Lions Club about the Arizona Lions Youth Exchange Program! 🌎🦁

We shared information about how this program provides Arizona youth with the opportunity to travel internationally, experience new cultures, build lifelong friendships, and participate in meaningful cultural exchange. We also discussed ways Lions Clubs can help support and promote this incredible program.

🏹🇩🇪 Priscilla, also known as “Onyx,” is having an incredible time in Germany!

One of her favorite experiences so far has been archery—it was a bullseye! 🎯 She shared that she’s having an amazing time and has loved all of the activities planned by both her wonderful host families and the youth camp.

It’s been an unforgettable adventure filled with new experiences, fun, and lifelong memories. We can’t wait to see what the rest of her exchange has in store! 🌍💙

🇳🇱 Nick’s Netherlands Adventure Continues! 🌍

Nick has been making wonderful memories with his host family in the Netherlands! He recently spent time exploring the beautiful city of Amsterdam alongside his host family and another Youth Exchange student from Mongolia who is staying with the same family.

Today (July 7), they visited one of the Netherlands’ charming islands, famous for its sheep, fresh fish, and picturesque scenery. What an incredible opportunity to experience the culture, make international friendships, and discover the unique beauty of the Netherlands.

Pamela has officially landed in Italy, and her adventure is off to an amazing start! 🇮🇹

What a wonderful welcome—her family is taking her to a medieval festival to kick off her visit. What a unique way to experience Italy’s rich history, culture, and traditions!

🌍 Meet Our Netherlands Exchange Candidate – Nickolas Alvarez! 🇳🇱

We are excited to introduce Nickolas Alvarez of Rio Rico High School, who has been selected to represent Arizona in the Lions Youth Exchange Program and will be traveling to the Netherlands this summer!

Nickolas is eager to experience new cultures, broaden his perspective, and build connections with people from around the world. Coming from the close-knit community of Rio Rico, he hopes this opportunity will not only enrich his own future but also inspire other students to explore the world beyond their hometown.

🇮🇹✈️ Meet Pamela Carbajal! ✈️🇮🇹

We are proud to introduce Pamela Carbajal, who has been selected to participate in the Lions Clubs International Youth Exchange Program and will be traveling to Italy this summer!

Pamela is a senior at Nogales High School and an exceptional student leader. She has served as president of several school organizations, including Leo’s Club and MESA Club, participated in AFJROTC leadership roles, and was a four-year member of the Lady Apache Varsity Volleyball Team. She makes an outstanding representative of our community.

Pamela is excited to experience Italian culture, build international friendships, and share the rich traditions of her own border-town and Mexican heritage.

This summer, Onyx will be representing Arizona Lions Youth Exchange as a participant in the Germany Youth Exchange Program!

A creative and curious student from Tucson, Onyx enjoys art, volunteering, learning languages, and exploring new cultures. She is excited to experience life in Germany, make new friendships, and gain a broader understanding of the world.
