Congratulations to Tony Penn on receiving the National Professional Service Award from Boys & Girls Clubs of America! 🎉

Presented under the direction of BGCA President Jim L. Clark on July 28, 2026, this national honor recognizes Penn's dedicated service and his role in helping youth achieve fuller, richer lives through the positive influence of the Club.

Penn served as interim CEO of BGCT during a defining season for the organization, an assignment that concluded with the successful transition to our new permanent CEO, Tisha Tallman. We're thankful for his dedication and leadership during this meaningful chapter for BGCT.🏆

Nearly 10 years ago, a little girl walked through the doors of the Roy Drachman Boys & Girls Club. Today, she walks away as our 2026 City of Tucson Youth of the Year City Winner. 🏆

Aubrianna L. has grown up at this Club, through Smart Girls, Keystone, Career Launch, a summer internship, and years of mentoring younger members as Keystone President. She has poured into this community, and this community has poured right back into her. This fall, Aubry heads to the University of Arizona to pursue a degree in education, with a heart set on becoming a teacher and making a difference in the lives of others. We are so proud of you, Aubry. 💙✨

Jayden B. walked into the Steve Daru Clubhouse seven years ago and never stopped showing up. 📷

From Rookie Rockstar to Torch Club President to Keystone Treasurer, Jayden has embraced everything the Club has to offer. But it was Parks in Focus that changed everything, sparking a passion for photography that has taken him from the Clubhouse to the sidelines of Tucson High's football, soccer, and basketball teams. Jayden doesn't just see the world differently. He captures it. Proud to celebrate him as our 2026 City of Tucson Youth of the Year 1st Runner Up! 💙🌟

Oriana F. is a go-getter and has big goals for the future! 💫

In four years at the Pascua Yaqui Boys & Girls Club, she has volunteered through Keystone, learned culinary arts from a Pascua Yaqui Tribal Chef, and stepped up as Keystone Treasurer when her Club needed her. Now a sophomore at Pueblo Magnet High School, Oriana has her sights set on Northern Arizona University and one day owning her own photography studio. We are so proud of you, Oriana, our 2026 City of Tucson Youth of the Year 2nd Runner Up! 💙📸

From STEM activities at the Holmes Tuttle Clubhouse to a future in pediatric surgery, Mia R. has always known where she's headed. 🔬

Mia has used every hands-on learning experience at the Club to sharpen her passion for science and healthcare. As an incoming junior at Saint Augustine Catholic High School, she hopes to attend the University of Arizona to pursue her dream after graduating. We are so proud of the young woman she's become and feel honored to have her as a Youth of the Year Winner! 💙✨

In the past 10 years, Breanda B. has done it all at the Jim & Vicki Click Clubhouse, and she has done it with heart. A confident leader who lifts others up along the way, Breanda is heading to the U of A to study family medicine. Seven years. That's how long the Holmes Tuttle Clubhouse has been in Hiliana C.'s corner. 💛

From joining the cheer team and finally feeling like she truly belonged, to growing into an organized, driven, and proud young woman, Hiliana's journey at the Club has been one of encouragement every step of the way. Now a sophomore at Innovation Tech, she has her sights set on a career in accounting and a future where she can help expand programs for youth just like her. We are so proud of our YOY Runner-Up, Hiliana! 💙

He met Snoop Dogg at the Arizona Bowl, but that's just one chapter of Jeraya B.'s story. ✨

A three-year member of the Roy Drachman Clubhouse and freshman at Desert View High School, Jeraya has found his people, his purpose, and his path at the Club. Being part of the 2026 Youth of the Year program helped him focus on his future and step into his role as a leader. That future? Becoming a pilot in the Air Force and being an example for his siblings and everyone around him. Sky's the limit, Jeraya! 🛩️💙
