•Guided Untangling Writing throughout the week

•One individual 60-minute session with Trina during the journey

The Answer is a group of independent counselors working under the standards set by The Academy of Biblical Counseling on which they are required to complete in order to counsel with this certification.
Each counselor works independently and is responsible for his or her own schedule.
Each brings his or her own unique experience based on individual training and education.

You don't have to carry your anxiety alone.

God never intended for us to bear the weight of our worries by ourselves. Whatever is causing you stress, fear, or uncertainty today, bring it to the Lord. He cares deeply for you and invites you to place every burden into His hands.

When we surrender our anxieties to God, we're choosing to trust His love over our fears and His promises over our circumstances. He is faithful to strengthen us, comfort us, and give us the peace that only He can provide.

"Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you."
1 Peter 5:7 (NIV)

Today, take a moment to pray, release your worries to the Lord, and rest in the truth that He is holding you every step of the way.

Whatever you're carrying today, give it to Jesus. He cares for you more than you know.

Start your day by giving God your first 15 minutes. Before the notifications, the to-do lists, or the distractions, take time to be in His presence.

Those first moments can shape your heart, renew your mind, and prepare you for whatever the day may bring. Spend a few minutes in prayer, read a portion of God's Word, and sit quietly, allowing Him to guide your thoughts and strengthen your faith.
When we seek God first, we remind ourselves that He is our source of wisdom, peace, and direction.

"But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well."
Matthew 6:33 (NIV)

Challenge yourself this week: Give God your first 15 minutes each morning and watch how He transforms the rest of your day.

What Does It Mean to Trust God? 🤍

Trusting God means resting in His promises, even when life feels uncertain. It is choosing to believe that He is with us, guiding us, and giving us the strength to face each day. When we place our trust in Christ, we receive a peace that isn't based on our circumstances but on His faithful presence.

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."
John 14:27 (NIV)

No matter what you're walking through today, Jesus offers a peace that calms every fear and strengthens every heart. Trust Him, receive His peace, and walk confidently in His love.

His peace is a gift. Trust Him and let your heart rest in Him.
