URGENT: we have families needing food today. These are only 3 of many:

- J and his 2 girls need flour, sugar, and cooking oil and canned goods.

- M and her family of 5 need bread, veggies, canned goods, milk, and hygiene items.

- Z needs a gift card for food for his family as the kids have special allergies and needs to read labels carefully.

We have a list of MORE families waiting and our pantry as you can see is down to just this small amount. Hunger isn't only ONCE a month, it is DAILY.

May is National Menstrual Health Awareness month and we need to address that many go without Period Products due to poverty.
Your donation can help us stock our shelves so that people dont have to feel ashamed or embarassed with leaks and stains or trying to make do with unhygenic solutions.
We accept unopened packages of pads and tampons (any sizes). Looseleaf individually wrapped are ok to donate so long as they are still sealed.
You can also donate with payment and we will go buy some to distribute.

We are mourning the loss of Maryam Mir. She was a beloved active member of the Tucson Muslim Community. Her Janaza (funeral) was yesterday Thursday April 30th, and many gathered to say goodbye and to pray for her. Please keep her and her family and friends in your prayers.
