Good afternoon,

Thank you for being a valued member of the Troy Historic Business Group. We truly appreciate your continued support of our organization and everything we are able to do for our downtown community because of our members.

We have recently become aware that some businesses and individuals are seeing membership auto-renewals they were not expecting. The auto-renewal option was established previously and was included as part of the membership agreement when memberships were originally set up.

If you do not wish to continue with automatic renewal, please reach out to the board through Facebook or cancel the auto-renewal through our website. We are currently exploring options to improve the membership and auto-renewal process, and we appreciate your patience as we work through these changes.

If you have an issue with an unexpected renewal or membership charge, please contact us. We are happy to work with you to address the issue and make sure your membership is handled appropriately.

We also want to remind everyone that membership fees play an important role in helping us fund and facilitate the events and activities that bring our community together, including the Pumpkin Festival, Night of 1,000 Stars, and other events throughout the year.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support of the Troy Historic Business Group. We are grateful for each and every one of our members!

Thank you,
Troy Historic Business Group Board
