We had a great meeting this month! Melodie Lauer presented a program about properly and easily calculating squares to make multiple half-square triangle units. Diane Curtis presented the notion of the month, Decobob and Aurifil threads. We have accumulated about 30 churn dash blocks to be utilized in Quilt of Valor quilts (coming soon!). Check out our pictures to see all the Spring-themed raffle blocks (won by Melodie!), card deck BOM blocks, and other pretties shared by our members this month! We also are busy preparing for a quilt exhibition at the Johnson Arts Center (Troy, AL) coming up in August and September! Watch our page for more info and make plans to attend!!
