Regional Child Fatality Review Team (CFRT), a multidisciplinary team, reviews child fatality cases, identifies risk factors & trends in child deaths, child safety and prevention efforts, increase public awareness through education & community engagement. The Team identifies risk factors and trends in child deaths to inform child safety and prevention efforts. The Team works with agencies from all

over Rensselaer and Columbia County to increase public awareness through education and community engagement.
