1. Fill out your information as usual.
2. In the “Firm/Business or Agency” box, type “Self”.
3. In the Title box type “Self”.
4. In “Persons, groups, firms represented in this appearance” box type “Self”.
5. This is the extra step! Under III. Position it says, “Description” there is a drop down menu to the right of it. The default says, “Original Bill”. Click it, and select “House Amendment 1”. (It might also say House Committee Amendment 1).
6. Select Opponent.
7. Select “Record of Appearance Only”.
8. Agree to the terms.
9. Submit witness slip.

It was brought to our attention that a pediatric office vaccinated a baby against the parent’s wishes, locally.
The baby was taken to be weighted and administered several shots.

Edwardsville School District #7 school board members gave some misleading information at their most recent school board meeting. They said you can't have male and female bathrooms. Not true.

Finally, Edwardsville School District #7 school board is using this legislation to construct the multi-stall, unisex bathroom.
All-gender, multiple-occupancy restrooms: House Bill 1286.

According to this legislation, you CAN have gender specific, multi-stall bathrooms side by side. This legislation is not a mandate. Why the D7 school board is not showing parents all of the available options is perplexing.

Edwardsville School District #7 school board members gave some misleading information at their most recent school board meeting. Let's get the facts straight.

During the Edwardsville School District #7 school board meeting, it was said that each stall in the design presented, had to be called "gender neutral" based on law.
This was incorrect information.

The All-Gender, Single Occupancy law clearly states that a fully functioning, single occupancy restroom is a fully enclosed room with a sink, toilet, AND no more than one urinal.

The restroom in the design is a multi-stall, unisex bathroom.
