💙🐾🏈 2026 EDGEWOOD COUGAR TEAM MOMS 🏈🐾💙

Behind every successful football season is an incredible group of volunteers who help keep everything running smoothly. Today, we’re excited to recognize and introduce our 2026 Team Moms!

Our Team Moms are so much more than volunteers. They help organize team communications, coordinate events, support our coaches, assist families, celebrate our athletes, and often serve as the heart of their teams throughout the season.

Their dedication, time, and commitment help create a positive experience for our players and families both on and off the field. We truly couldn’t do what we do without them.

We would also like to extend a sincere THANK YOU to every mom who applied to serve as a Team Mom this season. The number of applicants speaks volumes about the incredible families we have within our organization. While we couldn’t select everyone, please know that your willingness to volunteer, support our players, and give your time is deeply appreciated.

Please join us in thanking these amazing women for stepping up to support our Cougar family this season. We are grateful for each of you and look forward to an incredible 2026 season together!

With heavy hearts, we share that two of our Cougars unexpectedly lost their father this past weekend.

*IMPORTANT BOARD MEETING INFORMATION*

• If you would like to be a team mom, we will be conducting interviews soon! Send an email to [email protected] no later than Wednesday May 20th with your name, contact information and which grade you are volunteering for so we can contact you to set up an interview.

• All coaches and team moms need a background check completed by Edgewood Schools. These need to be completed no later than July 1st. The cost is $22 and they are good for two years. Use the link below to schedule.
