Tonight we celebrated the life of one of our beloved runners who left this world far too early. He was the most kind compassionate teammate that ran from the heart❤️🏃🏻‍♂️❤️ He tackled everything in life with grit and always left it all on the course. He equally loved seeing each of his teammates succeed in their own races and was the first person to cheer them into the finish line.

“Tonight’s Tuesday Night Ride will be a slow roll for Braiden. Our hearts are broken, it may feel too soon, but this was one of Braiden‘s favorite rides. Meet at Traverse City Central High School at 5:45, roll out at 6 pm. Same route, but we will stop once or twice to say a prayer, skip stones and honor the memory of this talented, kind hearted and most loved person. Bring love, flowers, hugs.

Please share this ride with others, everyone is welcome. This won’t be the last ride for Braiden.

If you bring flowers and letters of love, we will get them to the Voss family.”

Fourteen members of the Traverse Area Running Club competed in the Footlocker Midwest Regional Cross Country meet Saturday in Kenosha, Wis., led by Nick Hirschenberger.
