We're Hiring: House Manager
Do you believe every young person deserves a safe place to belong?
Braided Haven is looking for a compassionate, organized, and mission-driven House Manager to help lead our residential program serving LGBTQIA2S+ youth ages 14–18.
This is more than a management position. It's an opportunity to create stability, mentor staff, build positive relationships with youth, and help shape the future of a growing organization that is changing lives across Kansas.
As our House Manager, you'll work alongside a dedicated team committed to providing trauma-informed, affirming care in a home where every young person is treated with dignity, respect, and hope.
We're looking for someone who is:
• An experienced leader with strong organizational skills
• Passionate about serving youth
• Committed to trauma-informed, relationship-based care
• Calm, dependable, and collaborative
• Ready to help build an exceptional residential program
