Tuesday's Grief Tip ⬇️
One of the most surprising things grief taught me is just how exhausting heartbreak can be.
Not only emotionally… but physically too.
There are days when your body feels heavy, your mind feels foggy, and even simple tasks require more energy than they once did. And sometimes that exhaustion can make us feel guilty or weak.
But grief is work.
Deep, invisible work.
Your heart is constantly carrying memories, emotions, triggers, longing, and survival all at once.
So if you have been feeling tired in ways you cannot fully explain, please give yourself grace.
You are not lazy.
You are not failing.
You are carrying something incredibly heavy.
And that kind of weight requires strength most people cannot see. 💜

I always felt grief to be exhausting myself. Just learn to listen to your body. Give it what it needs.
Sending you love, hugs, support and compassion, from my heart to yours.
