Jordan Wright, thank you for your support! Unfortunately, your experience is not an isolated event. People are sharing with me their like experiences all across the county. I am running to fix these problems.






"For the past few years I have been good and kept my political opinions to myself for the most part. That being said I can’t do that in this particular race. One reason being Aaron Ammons would like everyone in Champaign county to believe that Terrence Stuber is personally responsible for the events of January 6, 2021 among other slanderous lies he’s told about Mr. Stuber. Terrence has said time and time again where he stands on the issues of voter fraud, LGBTQ rights and election security and still Ammons lies through his teeth about Mr. Stuber. Ammons is like a broken record about “free fair and accessible elections” but his actions speak louder than his words. Allow me to tell you all my story. In the primary election of 2020 I arrived at the polling place I’ve cast my vote at since I was 18 years old only to find out Ammons office had moved our polling place to the next town with no warning. Lucky for me I have a car with a radio(that’s how I found out where to go) so I could drive to vote. Many elderly and underprivileged people may not have that option. So away I went to cast my vote. There I met an election judge that Ammons claims to hold in high regard. This judge told me she was supposed to work my original polling place and the clerks office failed to inform her and she arrived to set up only to find nobody there. I was obviously perplexed by the incompetence of the clerks office but still was ready to vote only to be told they were unable to give me a ballot and I couldn’t vote until later in the day! That wasn’t an option for me so there I was, denied my right to vote because of the clerks circus that he calls a secure and accessible election. Lucky for me that election judge was determined to find a way to get me set up and after 20 minutes and being forced to produce an ID (I agree with that btw but the party of the current administration doesn’t) I was able to cast my vote. However I left there seriously wondering what would come of my ballot once it was out of my hands. No voter should have to feel that way and that is why with all my heart I support Terrence Stuber for Champaign County Clerk! I encourage all Champaign county residents to do the same no matter what party you belong to!"
