The 4th of July can be fun for families, but it can also be overwhelming for babies. Smoke, loud fireworks, extreme heat, and unfamiliar foods or drinks can all be unsafe for infants.

As you celebrate today, take a little extra care to keep babies cool, away from smoke and loud noise, and only fed what is safe for their age.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday. ❤️🤍💙
