Michelle McCaster is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist who has been providing exceptional anesthesia care since 2010. With over 15 years of experience, she is deeply committed to patient safety, comfort, and compassionate care. Michelle believes in creating an environment where patients feel informed, reassured, and confident that they are receiving safe, high-quality care.
In addition to her clinical practice, Michelle is actively engaged in community service and volunteerism. She also loves mentoring those interested in the nurse anesthesia profession, offering guidance, encouragement, and insight to help prepare the next generation of CRNAs. Michelle is passionate about advancing the profession and takes pride in making a meaningful impact on both her patients and her community through excellence, advocacy, and service.
