The "Community First" Concept is not a new phenomenon (by which we strive to put the needs of our community first), it is an age old code of social ethics...contrived by our ancestors and forefathers as a guiding light to our actions toward one another as a collective group of people. As custodians of the CFC (Community First Concept), we are vessels of that light, as we set out to develop suffici

ent programming, proficient workshops and other measures to adequately address those issues that directly or indirectly affect our urban inner-city communities across the nation. Our goal is to bring together the community in an effort to change the mindset, lifestyle, and living conditions of our *at-risk, *high-risk, and *proven-risk youth. As well as provide viable services to the elderly, ** adults, **women, **single mothers, and **fathers (**which includes a career/vocational training component) by developing adequate programs which will greatly reduce violent crimes, domestic violence, gang violence, gun violence, teen pregnancy, juvenile delinquency, and the like.
