The Toledo Chamber is very excited to welcome The Arc of Lincoln County

The Arc of Lincoln County promotes and protects the human rights of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and actively supports their full inclusion and participation in the community throughout their lifetimes.

Our advocacy and programs support all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.

The Arc of Lincoln County owns and operates the Circle Center Building at 321 SE 3rd St. Toledo. It is home to the Old School Thrift and Gift Shop, and hosts various community events throughout the year.

The Circle Center Building will also include community event rental spaces in the very near future. For more information on how to get involved or support

Get $100 for a New Oregon ABLE Account!
The Arc of Lincoln County is partnering with Oregon ABLE Savings Plan to help people with disabilities in Oregon open and start funds in ABLE accounts. To be eligible for an ABLE account, a person must have a qualifying disability that began before the age of 46; money in an ABLE account does not count as a resource for disability benefits like SSI and Medicaid, so ABLE accounts allow people on those programs to save money without losing their benefits.
We have 100 promo codes worth $100 each to start new ABLE accounts in Oregon. The promo codes are first come, first serve. The Arc of Lincoln County can assist you in setting up an account if help is needed.
