We know that drinking too much can harm your health. The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that if adults (age 21 and older) choose to drink alcohol, drinking less is better for health than drinking more.

We are happy to announce that Jeff Breedlove will be speaking at the "Recovery on the Green" event coming up this Saturday, April 25th from 11am until 3pm. Jeff is no stranger to Toccoa and has attended many recovery events with Self-Discovery 24 RCO Jeff serves as CEO of the American Addiction Recovery Association and strategic policy advisor for the Georgia Association of Recovery Residencies and the Georgia Association of Addiction Professionals.
Jeff was announced as a member of the 2023 Atlanta Business Chronicle Power 10: Health Care List as one of the 10 most powerful health care leaders in Georgia. Our recovery community is heartbroken over the loss of our dear friend Brenda. Visitation for Brenda is on Thursday at Acree Davis from 6 until 8pm and her service will be at The Pointe Church on Friday at 2pm. See her obituary below.
