I’ll be making a post soon documenting our Christmas In July party but I didn’t want to wait to address this:

As one of the coordinators for this event I wanted to say how honored I am to be an Elk … specifically Tifton Elks #1114. You guys went above and beyond donating food for Second Harvest Food Bank. Thank you all for your giving hearts.

And a special thank you to those of us that stacked, organized, loaded, unloaded, and reloaded the donations. Carol Strickland Owens Subaru is packed all the way to the roof.

Thank you, Carey King, Lonnie Lewis & Lorine for braving this heat 🔥 to load it all into the car. And a special thank you to June who unlocked the door for us And had a good portion of it loaded onto a cart.

This year our Elks are doing more & more charity work so more & more volunteers are going to be needed.
I would like for everyone to search your heart and find a place to plug in and help us in the future. We have some new, younger members and I would say our future is looking bright 🌟🌟

The Elks did it again. Thank you to everyone who pulled today’s meal together to feed the homeless. Goodies bags were packed with toiletries, peanut butter, fruit, toothpaste, tooth brushes, and much much more.

We will be doing it again on August 30th!

Shout out to all these amazing people: in photo….Anthony, Amanda, Carey, Mike, Missy, Me, Lori, Deborah, Carol, Ron. Tifton Elks Lodge is #1 in Total Growth for the State of Georgia! If you've been thinking about joining, we have almost 350 members...surely you know one or more of our wonderful members! Ask them about how to join! We like to have a good time but we also like to help others and our community!
