Today in the Church, we celebrate Pentecost. It marks the arrival of the Holy Spirit and the beginning of the Church’s mission to spread the word of God.

In LifeWise classrooms, we talk about Pentecost and the concept of Reliability. The Holy Spirit is an example of God’s constant, steadfast presence and guidance in our lives.

How can we extend similar grace and reliability to others? Learning to be a caring, dependable person is one of the many ways we can be more Christlike in our everyday lives♥️

In a recent poll we commissioned, over 80% of parents and educators believe students today are facing unprecedented pressure—more than when they were in school.

Additionally, 90% of educators expressed concern about rising anxiety, depression, and isolation for their students.

Over 80% of parents and educators are in favor of teaching moral and character education for public school students, recognizing a gap in what many kids need to be healthy, mature adults.

And 70% of parents and educators believe biblical education for moral and character development would be helpful for their student/school.

Strikingly, when the respondents were informed that schools that are served by LifeWise report better attendance, improved behavior and increased academic performance, then 86% of parents and almost 90% of public school educators said they’re in favor of offering a Bible-Based program like LifeWise.

LifeWise seeks to help fill that gap by providing Bible-based character education through released-time instruction, offering students space to grow in values, purpose, and hope.

One verse that has carried generations is this:

“I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” — Philippians 4:13 🙏

Imagine if more children could know and hold onto that truth as they navigate today’s pressures.
