Rose City Humanity is a public progressive non-profit organization that cares and fights for equality and liberty. We stand and speak with/for the people of Thomasville, GA. Spreading awareness & battling social injustice and ongoing issues happening both nationally & locally that negatively impact the citizens of Thomasville, GA and others throughout the country. We promote peace and stand for peace. Although our voices may stir up some controversial feedback, we are not a violent or aggressive organization by any means. This organization was established by a young local couple who strive to see the city speak up and use their voices to help one another. Our goal is to create a safe space and environment for locals to freely live and express their rights amongst like-minded people to project one common objective: Unity & Love. "I see humans, but where's the humanity?" The question that started this journey. We believe in equality and the power of community! Our organization isn't just a political organization, but rather a call to action! There are many ways to give back to our community, we strive to influence & educate how through leading by example! We will continue to show up & fight for those who need us. Love diminishes all forms of hate & prejudice.

This is what it looks like when a candidate is running for community. This is what it looks like when a candidate says they are for the people and they actually are. 🇺🇸

Building community without charging us for it, and making our voices heard without a selfish agenda. Vote for the representatives that represent YOU. Not just people who look and think like you, or share the same tax bracket!

After 15 years of the same representation—we are still asking for the bare minimum such as healthcare, livable wage, and basic resources to meet our needs. It’s time to elect a representative who isn’t too out of touch to fight for what we need! ❤️‍🩹

If you missed Adam Chitwood District 173 Campaign Updates free public event last week, don’t worry because he’s having another one this week! 😁 Tuesday, Oct. 20th 5:30pm-7pm at Taco N’ Madré in Cairo, Ga! 🌮

Don’t miss the opportunity to meet your candidates! 🤝

When looking around at this years election kickoff we noticed one thing in particular, the lack of presence from our generation.

We are the answer to building a bridge in our country, so we have to get out there and build it! We have had significant gains in the last few years for presidential elections, but local ones are still a low turnout for younger generations.

Local politics greatly affect the lives of young voters and events like these are a great opportunity for you to get to know your future representatives! They have given us the opportunity to ask Adam Chitwood about his stance on women’s rights, Jonathan Wood about his stance on flock camera’s, and United States congressman Sanford Bishop about his stance on Israel.

These are crucial moments to ask tough questions to those in power, and to create a change our generation needs to take these opportunities more to demand to be heard.

Early voting starts October 13, take the time to vote to insure others aren’t deciding our futures for us!

If you have concerns about Darlene Taylor declining her invitation to a public candidate forum don’t forget to reach out to her and voice your concerns! This shows how easy it is to communicate your concerns and questions to our representatives. She has declined multiple of these invitations, and we need representatives who will meet us face to face to answer our questions and tell us why she thinks we should vote for her. She needs to hear from us, use your voice!
You can also call her at (229)225-9943

The blessing box next to the big oak sometimes gets over looked, this is your sign to donate to the box if you’re able, and spread awareness to those in need!

It might not provide everything a person needs, but with your help of donating pantry items and essentials such as feminine and hygiene products, it could very well impact the quality of someone’s day! 🫶

Other places to donate to those in need are the Red Roof Inn, and Thomasville Street Feed! Together we can take care of one another. 💞
