Our dads held the 2nd talk in our Fatherhood Series. Deacon Brent Bourgeois spoke on making faith the priority in our families and how we as men can lead our wife and kids to a better relationship with Jesus. The Men’s Club also planned out summer and Fall projects at school. Special thanks to Blake Marcello for hosting

Today, Fr. Vic celebrated his final school Mass with the students and faculty of St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School. Over the past 7½ years, Fr. Vic has helped shape our students, faculty, and school community through his faith, guidance, compassion, and love.

Following Mass, Fr. Vic was presented with a special fingerprint canvas of St. Joseph created by our students and staff. We are grateful to our wonderful PTC members who coordinated this meaningful collaborative painting. ❤️

The painting’s description beautifully captures its meaning:

“Created with love by the students and faculty of St. Joseph Catholic Elementary School, this fingerprint canvas represents the lasting impact Fr. Vic has made on our school family. Each fingerprint symbolizes a child, a teacher, a memory, and a life touched through his faith, guidance, and love. Together, these individual marks became one beautiful work of art — just as Fr. A big congratulations to our St. Joseph Catholic Elementary Thibodaux 3rd Grade students and teachers! 🎉

Thanks to their incredible efforts during , 3rd Grade raised an amazing $9,035, making them this year’s top fundraising grade!

As a reward, their teachers received $500 per class ($1,500 total) toward classroom supplies, generously provided by the St. Joseph Men’s Club. Students also earned a dress down day and pizza party to celebrate their hard work! 🍕

Pancakes with a Priest
Our Ambassadors for Christ student club hosted a great event with our local priests where the kids could share food, stories, and questions.
Our Men’s Club cooked the pancakes and served. What a beautiful event to be a part of.
