strives to support student athletes with free year round sports programs that teach core values and skills that translate on and off the court. Our goal is to help develop their upstanding character traits that include, but are not limited to, dedication, leadership, and camaraderie. We believe our youth deserve the opportunities to be better in their primary sport and in their future careers.

💈 BARBERSHOP STARTS TODAY! 🔥

More than cuts. More than a skill. This is youth development in action.

Our students will learn barbering fundamentals while building confidence, communication, discipline, leadership, and entrepreneurship through intentional SEL activities.

The barbershop is also a safe space for real conversations, mentorship, self-expression, and building stronger relationships with peers and trusted adults.

💈 Learn a skill.
🧠 Build confidence.
🗣️ Have real conversations.
💼 Think like an entrepreneur.

The chairs are ready. WGX Barbershop starts TODAY!

📈💰 This is the start of our Funko Wall of Financial Literacy!

Throughout the year, students will track the changing value of Funko Pops and learn how prices fluctuate over time. With additions and subtractions to the wall, they’ll explore how to capitalize on gains, understand losses, track value, and make smarter financial decisions.

We’re using something our students already enjoy to introduce real-world lessons about investing, markets, profit, loss, and financial literacy—one Funko at a time! 🎮📊

Shoutout to ✨ for the amazing banner!

Our WGX kids were given an opportunity through our Nike partner to be apart of the Nike x NBA show last night debuting the new NBA line for 2026-2027. The kids had an amazing time and were introduced to a new industry.

Huge thank you to Alizè V. Garcia and her team at Nike for investing in our youth and making sure they are exposed to so many new things. As always We Got Next!

Thank you everyone for continued support for all the programs that we have been able to establish in our community. We are now pursuing major funding sources and donations to increase our reach and continue to expand programs for the youth.

With expansion comes room for new volunteers as well. If you are interested in helping out in anyway please feel free to reach out to us. Many many announcements in the coming weeks.
