We heard some folks are saying they haven’t heard about No Kings 3… or what it’s about!

It’s about protecting the very foundations of our democracy. Our country was founded on the belief that leaders are accountable to the people - not the other way around.

We are coming together in Knoxville and in cities all across the country because our leaders are ignoring laws or court decisions.

Because elected officials are using their station to increase their personal wealth to the detriment of the American people.

Because we are rapidly losing checks and balances that keep power in check.

Due process is sacrosanct!

No Kings is not about causing trouble - it’s about being visible. Peaceful protest has always been part of how Americans speak up when they’re worried about the direction things are going.

On March 28th, we will gather to show those WE ELECTED that we DO NOT accept unchecked power - and we will not be ruled, we will be represented.

Real power still lives with the people, when we stand together. We are ready to use our voices, our votes, and our collective action to hold those we elected accountable.

Where: Intersection of Summit Hill & Western

When: March 28th

Kevin Moreno — a Connecticut teen who was detained by ICE for months — is back home in time for Christmas and his birthday (which are both on Dec. 25).

"It's very hard to go through this process, and I've seen a lot of people who've done badly because of it," he said. "It's not easy, and we're all human, and we shouldn't be treated like this."

"I ask you to help the other boys, the other people, like me," he added.
