This Sunday, we’re kicking things off with a fun and energizing fitness session at the park led by our amazing exercise guru, Nik! Get ready to move, laugh, and shine with your Sass-e Sisters — no weights, no pressure, just good music, body-positive energy, and sisterhood!

After our workout, stay to learn more about how YOU can be part of the Sass-e Big Sisters Mentorship Program — a safe and inspiring space where girls and teens build self-esteem, learn life skills, explore leadership, and create lifelong friendships.
