Cowboy and KoKo were a huge hit today at the annual Wounded Warriors Back to School Event at Camp Pendleton. This was KoKo and Jamie’s first event since becoming METSA registered for Equine Assisted Therapy, they both did an outstanding job! I’m so proud of them.
It’s such an honor to meet our nation’s service men and women each year, along with their beautiful families, at this well-organized and wonderful event. We visited the MANY support organizations represented at the event, staffed with friendly experts in each field.
They hand out back to school supplies and fun items to all the kids, it’s truly a heartwarming experience. We handed out Cowboy’s trading cards, as well as supplied our coloring sheet, which are always a hit.
At the FBI station today we were told Cowboy’s photo, from last years event, had the most likes and comments on the associated social media platforms…I like to call it “Cowboy Magic!” 🇺🇸🐎♥️
