This young girl was actually brought into the vet office that I use for my wildlife and they called me to see if I could take her. I honestly didn’t think she was going to make it, she is extremely thin, just a skeleton. But after a day of sub q fluids and food offered the following day she actually has life to her eyes. She is a fighter and is eating and drinking great. She has been treated for worms/parasites/fleas. Hopefully she will keep improving with everyday, get her fattened up and healthy and release her back into the wild.

One of our baby raccoon intakes is displaying neuro issues. He could have possibly fell out of nest with his sister but landed on his head hard, but unfortunately we won’t ever know. Hopefully if that’s the case he can recover but only time will tell. Good news after an evening of fluids, and some fluids today, he very much was hungry for a bottle.

I know we are closed to intakes, but I won’t turn babies down. I know rehabbers are swamped with intakes. Just got 2 opossums yesterday, 2 baby squirrels today, and 2 more baby raccoons tonight.
We are in need of formula for all of them, we go through a lot, they are growing babies. If you are able to help in anyway I have attached some links

It’s $5 Friday! We are asking for everyone’s help, whether it’s $1 or $5 it all adds up💙. Taking care of these babies is expensive….food, formula, supplies, vaccines, vet visits……and what most people don’t realize is how long these animals are in our care for, baby raccoons for example are in our care for 180 days. So we are asking if you can please donate, share our page to friends and family maybe they are willing to help. We greatly appreciate everyone, without our supporters we wouldn’t be able to take care as many animals that we do💕💙
