Before a single ball is kicked… the standard is set.
We kicked off tryouts with a coaches meeting focused on alignment, planning, and clearly defining the vision and mission of Tampa Knights. Because what happens behind the scenes shows up on the field.
We hold our coaches to a high standard—
so they can hold our players to one.
Every coach brings their own style, their own energy, and works across different age groups and levels… but the core of who we are stays the same.

Local clubs, like ours, that truly serve their community don’t look at the “extras” as extras… it’s just part of what they do.

At Tampa Knights, it’s built into everything:
⚽ 1:1 parent & coach conversations — scheduled or on the fly, because our coaches are present and accessible
⚽ Technical training sessions —as needed beyond regular team practices
⚽ Inter-club jamborees — optional but more touches + more games = more growth
⚽ Direct access — our Director’s phone is right on the website

We believe development doesn’t stop when practice ends. It happens in the conversations, the extra sessions, and the moments in between.
