This recognition belongs to our entire team. It has taken all of us, our coaches, board members, volunteers, partners, sponsors, and supporters—working together to make a real impact in the 50+ community throughout Tampa.

But most importantly, this award belongs to the people we serve. The ones who keep showing up. Every day. Every week. Every month. Choosing to move, get stronger, stay connected, and invest in their health.

We’re proud to announce our new partnership with TampaWell , activated by Tampa General Hospital Tampa General Hospital , to bring the Strong Over 50 Strong Over 50 Plus Yoga Combo Class to the community!

Every 3rd Thursday, adults 50+ can enjoy a unique class that combines the proven strength-building principles of Strong Over 50 with the flexibility, breathwork, and relaxation of yoga. Designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, posture, and overall well-being, this class provides a welcoming environment for anyone looking to stay active, build confidence, and feel their best.

We’re honored to partner with Tampa General Hospital’s TampaWell initiative to help more older adults build strength for life.

It makes my heart smile to celebrate leaders who authentically pursue a purpose bigger than themselves.

Last year, I met Micah Morgan who shared his vision for Strong Over 50. Seeing that vision come to life at the first Strong Over 50 experience at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay was super inspiring.

The energy of the music, dj, host, volunteers, the powerful stories of people over 50 transforming their health, and every detail reflected purpose and community.
