Sidewalk Stompers urges Tampa City Council to vote in favor of a resolution to adjust the sidewalk "in lieu" fee to reflect the actual cost of building sidewalks. Currently, new single family home construction requires either a new sidewalk or a $29/foot fee. However, it actually costs the city $220/foot!

Tampa’s sidewalk network is failing. Tampa has over 1,300 miles of sidewalk gaps. We need safer streets, including safe walking spaces, for our community. See how to add your support for this resolution in the comments.
