with the renowned Bits N Pieces Puppet Theatre, will use the magic of puppetry to entertain sick and disadvantaged children in the greater Tampa Bay area. Georgia Quartararo has a vision of helping brighten the lives of needy children in the Tampa Bay area. A former actress and businesswoman with experience in both the corporate and non-profit world, Georgia has created Jiminy Cricket Entertainmen

t as a vehicle to stage a series of professional puppet theater productions for sick, disabled and disadvantaged children in the Bay area. She has aligned herself with the renowned puppet production company called Bits & Pieces Puppet Theater, a 501C3 non profit organization and has begun approaching hospitals and other venues with her idea. “Local hospitals are thrilled with the concept, but we are in dire need of sponsors to help fund the shows!” The plan would be to produce one “road” show a month for each area hospital or other children’s venue. “I feel so blessed and can’t think of any better way of giving back to the community than helping children and brining a smile to their faces!”

Next week we are staging our first free performances for two children's hospitals here in the Tampa Bay area! The first will be at All Children's Hospital in St. Petersburg, on Tuesday, January 22 at 2:00 pm. The following day’s event will be at St. Joseph’s Children’s Hospital in Tampa, January 23 at 10am.
