80% Commission Employment Specialist/Job Coach (Subcontractors)
The Diversity Initiative Inc.
Multiple Opportunities in FLORIDA – WORK REMOTELY
AND BE PAID 80% COMMISSION!
Are you presently subcontracting as an Employment Specialist/Job Coach and have at least 2-3 years’ experience in the Florida VR system? Are you taking all the risks but sharing a LOW percent of the rewards? Chances are, if you answered yes to the first question, you would also answer yes to the second one. The Diversity Initiative (TDI) wants to change that!
TDI is a nonprofit agency that has been providing Vocational Services to VR customers in Florida for over 10 years. During this time, we have come to recognize that programmatic success is not achieved by management, accreditation efforts, or training programs. It is realized by having strong, independent, and outcome-driven job coaches who care about those they serve and get the job done. Unfortunately, great Employment Specialists and Job Coaches are often undervalued and more often than not ARE ALSO UNDERPAID.
Our agency recognizes the incredible value of great job coaches and wants to provide you with a remote subcontracting opportunity that allows you to continue serving VR customers (ES/SE/OJT/DISCO) while also providing you the ability to earn 80% of every dollar you bill. If you are selected for this position, you will join an elite team of statewide subcontractors earning the highest commission offered by any organization across the State without a non- compete or the need to resign from your existing position.
To join TDI as an ES Subcontractor, you must have four years of successful experience and employment in counseling, job placement, job coaching, or public vocational rehabilitation program OR have an associate arts degree from an accredited college or university plus two years of successful experience and employment in counseling, job placement, job coaching or public vocational rehabilitation program OR a Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university plus one year of successful experience and employment in counseling, job placement, job coaching or public vocational rehabilitation program.
Additionally, you must also be able to pass a level 2 background check; have access to reliable transportation; a valid driver’s license; auto registration; and auto insurance coverage- minimum ($50,000 property/$100,000 personal injury liability); a supported employment certificate and the ability to pass a brief quiz on the VR Employment Services Manual.
