We all start out with big dreams.

And somewhere along the way, life can make some of those dreams harder to reach.

That’s why community matters. We were never meant to do life alone. We need people who believe in our dreams, walk alongside us, and help make the way a little easier.

At , that’s the kind of community we’re building, coming together and help each other’s dreams become possible. Celebrating the wins and supporting each other through the hard times. We are part of the neighborhood ecosystem, we are a neighborhood hub, we are people who see each other as people, not projects or problems, but each of us made in the image of God. And without each other do dreams even matter anyway?

Thank you to everyone including for helping the kids in our community be Back-To-School-Ready!

We also have a "stay ready" initiative for all the Just Kids - we keep a little store at our office of school supplies and backpacks. On Tuesday nights at TNL, a child can shop throughout the year for whatever they need to be prepared to learn.

Soaking in the last days of summer this week laughing with good friends!! ☀️😎

With school starting tomorrow, let's commit to praying for and supporting our kids and the teachers and administrators.

We pray --

**Kids will learn they are smart and can do hard things. And they will thrive.

**Teachers will be filled with inspiration and creative ways to open the minds of students to a love for learning.

**Administrators will dream of and implement even better ways to run schools to create environments where everyone is seen and loved and respected. An environment that fosters positive growth for all.

We pray --

**Every difficult and negative situation would be handled in a way that would foster growth for all involved.

**For the schools that are called "Success Centers" to embody their name by the your grace and power!

**Teachers would not lack in any resource and be empowered in every way.

**All schools would be safe from violence.

**Students considering dropping out would not fall between the cracks and there would be a trusted adult that is able to encourage them in their time of need.

God, make a way for our kids.
We know our children are our future.
And you are our hope.

Back-To-School-Ready in full force .

Uniforms are being shopped, hair is getting styled, backpacks are being picked out, kids are getting excited!

As the first day of school is right around the corner, more parents are reaching out for help so their children can start the year with confidence.

Because of incredible generosity from our community, backpacks have already been donated, and a wonderful supporter has stepped forward to purchase all of the school supplies!

We have also set aside funds to help with school uniforms, socks, underwear, and even a few much-needed haircuts and hairstyles. But as more families have asked for help, we've realized we don't have enough to meet every need.

Our hope is for every child we serve can walk into school feeling prepared, confident, and ready to learn.

Every gift, no matter the size, helps provide the essentials that give a child the confidence to start the school year well. Together, we can make sure every Just Kid begins the year knowing they are seen, valued, and supported.

Each week at Tuesday Nite Live at we have a space for parents. This is a place
**people call safe,
**people call support,
**people call their community.

Because of these things, this is a place where hearts and minds can be open to healing, change, growth, and positive connection.

It's all by God's grace, as we reflect the love of God back to each other.

We celebrate wins, we support each other in hard times, we lift each other up in prayer, and we learn research based best practices to help our children and families thrive.

One of the cool parts of Just Kids Week this year was creating this mural together. Two of us designed it and taped it out, and then our kids brought it to life!

Now, each week at Tuesday Nite Live, they will see something beautiful and lasting and know, I helped make that.

It has already brought so much color, light and joy to the courtyard. The final words are still to come on the mural, but we love it too much not to share it now. ☀️💛🌞🌈🔅🔆🎨🖼️🖌️

At the beginning of 2026, we began partnering with and it has been so cool to have Ms. Emily lead our middle schoolers in character development while always prioritizing connection.

Last week at Just Kids Week, she was one of our collaborators, working with the kids for a time each day, teaching the kids to do hard things, work through difficult emotions, use their voice, communicate better and be there for each other.

We are so grateful for Ms. Emily and our partnership!
