God does not ask you to lose yourself in order to love someone else.

Sometimes, as Christian women, we confuse love with enduring everything, forgiveness with removing boundaries, and faithfulness with staying silent.

But Jesus loved deeply and He still had boundaries. He spoke truth. He walked away from hostile situations. He did not entrust Himself to everyone.

You can forgive and still say, “This is not okay.”
You can love someone and still protect yourself.
You can pray for someone and still require change.
And you can be a woman of faith without carrying responsibility for another person’s harmful choices.

Love does not require you to disappear.
